Over the years we have noted that many folks have an idea for a unique part
that is typically very much needed and is often produced in low volumes due to
filling a more specialized niche in the Jeep parts market. The volume of sales are
not enough to warrant the time and expense of developing a full blown business.
We thought we would try something a bit different and offer a place for these
small volume vendors to offer their products in a co-op type venue.
These bushings are made out of black UV resistant Delrin. The kit is a set of four bushings to cover both doors. Installation is straight forward press your old bushings out and these will press right in. These bushings wont deteriorate like the factory bushings even after taking your doors off and on multiple times. Included in the kit are 2 strips of emery cloth to polish your factory hinge pins in case they are rusty or have build up on them. These bushing don’t require any grease, I’ve tested them with and without grease, they work either way. $25 Includes Shipping/Handling

Jeep JK 2007 to Current - 2 Door and 4 Door JK Delrin Door Bushing Kits
These Kits replace either the factory JK 2 Door or JK 4 Door Bushings that are prone to wear. The Delrin Door Bushings feature a slightly bigger face for the door to ride on; helping to ensure these bushing’s will last a long time. They are made of UV resistant Black Delrin and easily press into the factory door hinge once the old door bushing is pushed out. The Factory Door Bushings are $15 - $20 dollars each, this kit is less than half that, and it will last a lot longer than the factory Door Bushings. It works for all models of JK’s 2007 to Current. Purchase either the 2 Door or 4 Door Kit.

TJ Tierod Flip Insert

TRE insert to flip the tierod to the top of the knuckle to gain more clearance. It can also be used if you have drilled your knuckles out for a heim joint as long as the hole is no bigger than 3/4 of an inch. The insert will need to be tapped in, and the split in them will ensure that they are tight and do not move. The insert kit comes with a grade 8 flanged lock nut to replace the factory castle nut. This is the same style nut used on newer JK's. The insert is made from cold rolled 1045 steel on a CNC lathe with the correct taper to match and lockup to the tierod just like factory.
This tierod end insert fixes the problem of buying an expensive reamer that will only get used once. All you need to install this TRE insert is a 3/4 drill bit and a 1/2 drill to hold it.

If so you might want to take a look at our pool ball shit knobs that we have to offer. They are made out of regulation 2.25" pool balls and are tough as any shift knob out there. I have made these for multiple kinds of vehicles out there and have had nothing but positive feedback about the product that I have made.
